Hello everyone, it’s SimplyDani.
I know you may be wondering where your order is. I have made a few
videos showing some of my progress and talking about why it is taking
so long. Please don’t worry as your order is still going to arrive. I
am hand making everything from start to finish. I am also so happy
that you wanted to help me by ordering so that my children and I get
to stay in our home. I am so grateful for you. All orders left
including yours will be to you by the shipping estimates below.
It could even be earlier depending on what you ordered. I
promise I’m moving as fast as possible.
Below are some facts and Q&A’s you should be aware of:
CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?
Yes as long as its within 48 hours of purchase confirmation anything after 48 hours is disregarded and you must wait to receive your purchase. Just send a cancelation request to simplydani.shop@gmail.com
WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?
Please note that if you ordered a pre-order product and a non pre-order product together, the entire order will be treated as a pre-order.
Estimated time frames for each product:
Tufted Rugs- Early to Mid October.
Glass Mugs- Within two weeks of your order unless combined with other orders/products.
Magnetic bookmarks- Mid August into November ( Especially those whom ordered Strawberry Patch Set magnetic bookmarks and Happiness is books sets) Those are shipping out everyday.
Pre-Order Spooky Studs- End of September ( Just in time for spooky season :)
Anything else that was purchased as a pre-order is shipping now through November.
NOT HAPPY WITH YOUR ORDER?
You may get a refund as long as the item/s is shipped back and received within 7 calendar days of your orders confirmed delivery. The product must be unopened and in the same condition it was sent in. You “The Buyer” are responsible for shipping the item/s back. Once your order is received in unopened and brand new condition I will issue you a full refund.
DID YOU SUBMIT A CHARGEBACK CLAIM?
If I am made aware of a chargeback claim you filed against me. I will take the following steps.
As stated in my Terms and Conditions on my website, I will file a small claims court case against any chargeback related fraud. As everyone is aware I am a small handmade business and I am more than grateful for your order. It means the world. However, when you made a purchase you agreed to NOT submit a claim. It states all over my website the time frames for orders. In the header and product descriptions. I have even made follow up videos on Tiktok as well giving heads up on how long orders may take. Luckily we can resolve this issue before I take action.
How can we resolve it together?
Contact your bank and have the chargeback dropped. You can let them know it was a misunderstanding. ESPECIALLY IF YOU ALREADY RECEIVED YOUR ORDER.
What if I don’t contact my bank to drop the chargeback?
If the chargeback isn’t dropped I submit evidence that I am not at fault, that you were very aware of my timeframes for shipping and that you agreed to the Terms and Conditions when making a purchase from my website. I will also be able to provide the bank with multiple proofs of me stating that products could take up to December to arrive. The chargeback could end up costing you more in the long run.
Do your products usually take this long to ship?
No they don’t usually. I was in a very vulnerable state after having not worked in 6 months. I needed to spread the word of my emergency and with the outpouring of love and kindness I was able to receive enough orders to take care of my financial burden which is why you made your purchase in the first place. Because of the amount of orders I received, it’s taking me a lot longer to make everything. Please understand I'm not a machine and I'm unable to mass produce products faster. I am doing my best to get your order to you as quickly as possible. Sadly with you submitting a fraudulent claim it charges me an extra $15 on top of the amount you charged back. Which is exactly why I would fight it in small claims court.
